It was great to see some of you last month in Lansing!! We always appreciate the opportunity to visit with you, and our chaplains are glad to meet some of their prayer warriors.
Those of you who were unable to attend missed hearing Chaplains Doug Ferry and Tim Mattison, who have both returned from deployments since our last Annual Conference, share some of their experiences. Ch Mattison was deployed to Afghanistan, and Ch Ferry to Iraq. They both gave encouraging reports of some of what God has been accomplishing in the middle of very difficult circumstances. They also reiterated that our warrior class is doing an excellent job, accomplishing their mission. We can be proud of them, and we need to continue to uphold them, and their families, in prayer!
