Shepherds and Angels – Luke 2:8–12 (Advent Day 14)

“Do not be afraid,” the angel told the shepherds. “I have good news.” Little could they comprehend the drama that was unfolding before them: a Savior had been born. Why would the angel tell the shepherds this news? Our greatness is determined not by our stature in life, but rather by our standing with God. Pray for opportunities to proclaim Jesus’ greatness to everyone.
