Manning Brown, director of Regular Baptist Chaplaincy, spoke during chapel at Clarks Summit University April 12. Brown correlated the leadership of Nehemiah, who rebuilt the temple wall in Jerusalem, with chaplains’ unique leadership roles and opportunities, whether they minister in the military, community service, or institutional setting. Following chapel, students had an opportunity to ask Mark Worrell, a Baptist Bible Seminary alumnus and Army chaplain captain, questions about military chaplaincy requirements.
